Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Description:
To perform daily tasks as instructed by management as per the operations schedule, this involves handling all goods intake and outbound from site as well as picking stock to ensure the production facilities can maintain efficient running of site.
These tasks should be actioned effectively and efficiently ensuring adherence to site food safety standards. Actions performed should be completed as per trained working instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure the health and safety standards are maintained.
Ability to operate MHE to a high standard to locate stock in the correct areas, utilising the Warehouse management system to ensure stock integrity is always maintained. This role also includes picking and packing roles involving the stacking and restacking of weights of up to 25kg.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. To carry out daily duties as requested by Management
2. Ensure the correct operation and cleaning of the Warehouse facility and equipment.
3. Liaising with management team to ensure quality and safety requirements are achieved.
4. To ensure Stock integrity is maintained at all times.
5. To ensure work area is clean and tidy to comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
6. Demonstrate effective communications to ensure any non-conformity are raised and actioned immediately through line manager.
7. To ensure all process are carried out in line with standard operating procedures.
8. Correct operation of equipment to comply with safety regulations.
9. Any other duties as requested by a member of the management team.
